Employee Assistance Program

The District offers Anthem's Employee Assistance Program (EAP).  All employees and members of their households are eligible for this program.

In addition to being a valuable resource to employees, the EAP has proven to be a useful source of information for managers and supervisors. The EAP will provide guidance in resolving difficult employee issues and interpersonal relationship problems among staff.
